What is Concierge?
Concierge is an AI chat assistant built into your Croux dashboard. Think of it as a staffing coordinator you can talk to: snap a photo of a banquet event order, drop in a timesheet, or type "rate everyone five stars except the late server," and Concierge does the work. It understands documents, images, and even your voice, and it remembers your preferences as you go.
How to open Concierge
Concierge lives in the Croux web app (app.croux.co) during beta.
- Log in to your Croux dashboard on the web.
- Look for the Concierge bubble in the bottom-right corner (it carries a "Beta" badge).
- Click it to open the assistant, then type, talk, or drop in a file.

Upload a BEO, run-of-show, staffing spreadsheet, or even a photo of a handwritten note. Concierge reads it and drafts ready-to-post shifts. Review the details and post in minutes instead of typing each one by hand.
Process timesheets in record time
Snap a photo or upload a spreadsheet or PDF, handwritten timesheets included. Concierge reads the clock times so you can approve, edit, reject, or flag a no-show in a few clicks.
Rate your whole team at once
After an event, just describe how it went: "Everyone was great except the bartender who showed up late." Concierge turns that into structured ratings for each worker.
Manage your roster and get quick answers
Favorite a worker, add a private note, find someone by name, or check a shift's fill status and reports, all conversationally.

What to use the full app for (for now)
Concierge covers a lot, but a few things still live in your regular dashboard menus. Head to the web app directly for:
- Recurring or repeating shifts (Concierge posts one date at a time)
- Inviting or messaging a specific worker
- Billing: invoices, payments, and transaction history
- Tips and per-worker pay adjustments
- Account setup: locations, team members and roles, business profile
These are on the roadmap, and Concierge keeps getting smarter.

- Upload the real thing. Drop in the actual BEO or timesheet rather than retyping it.
- You're always in control. Concierge drafts; you review and confirm before anything posts.
- One date per shift request while recurring shifts are on the way.
