Your shifts dashboard is command central — see all your shifts at a glance and take action.
Dashboard Overview
When you open the Croux app, you'll see your shifts in a single unified view. Shifts are displayed as cards with a color-coded indicator on the left side so you can tell their status at a glance:
- Yellow bar — Unfilled (shift is still accepting applicants)
- Green bar — Filled (all positions have been staffed)
No need to switch between tabs — unfilled and filled shifts appear together in one list, sorted by date.
Shift Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | Shift is posted, accepting applicants (yellow indicator) |
| Filled | All positions are filled (green indicator) |
| In Progress | Shift is currently happening |
| Completed | Shift ended, pending timesheet review |
| Cancelled | Shift was cancelled |
Viewing Your Shifts
Your dashboard shows all upcoming shifts in one view. Use the color-coded indicators to quickly identify which shifts still need workers (yellow) and which are fully staffed (green).
Viewing Past Shifts
Review completed shifts to check timesheets, ratings, and shift history.
Quick Actions from the Dashboard
- Tap a shift card — View details, applicants, and hired talent
- Tap the + button — Create a new shift
- Look for yellow indicators — Quickly spot which shifts still need workers
- Look for green indicators — Confirm which shifts are fully staffed
Pro Tips
- Check your dashboard daily to review applicants quickly
- Shifts with pending timesheets appear after completion — don't forget to approve!
- Use the search or filter options to find specific shifts
- The color-coded indicators make it easy to scan for shifts that need attention without opening each card
