Shift Templates let you build a shift once and reuse it in seconds, and Required Skills make sure the talent you match with can actually do the job. Together, they make posting faster and your matches sharper.
What's New
- Nothing to set up: all of your existing templates have been moved to our new template structure automatically
- Just choose a role: when you build a shift, you start by selecting a role, and your saved templates are right there
- Recommended pay ranges: every shift template now shows a recommended pay range, based on platform data and market research, so you can price competitively
- Pre-qualified applicants: talent attest that they have each required skill before they can apply
Shift Templates
Instead of building every shift from scratch, start from a template. Choose a role to begin, then save your setup to reuse any time. Your existing templates have been moved over automatically and appear in your menu, ready to go. Nothing to set up.
Each template holds the role, shift details, pay, and required skills, so your next post is ready in a couple of taps.
How to build a shift from a template
- Go to Shift Templates
- Tap Select a role to start, or pick one of your saved templates
- Name your template and fill in the shift details, uniform, address, and pay. Every template shows a recommended pay range for the role, based on platform data and market research
- Add the Required Skills for the role (see below)
- Save, and reuse it any time you post a similar shift
Required Skills
Required Skills tell us what a shift really needs, so we can match you with talent who have them. Add skills like lifting 50+ lbs, making craft cocktails, knife skills, carrying loaded trays, or working a high-volume room.
Tap + Add skill and choose from the list. Each role starts with three preset skills, and you can add up to three more. Before applying, talent must attest that they have each required skill, so your applicant pool is pre-qualified from the start.
Why it helps
- More qualified talent: applicants confirm they have every required skill before they apply
- Better funnel: fewer mismatches, so the right people show up ready to work
- Stronger partnership: clear expectations up front mean better outcomes for you and the talent who power your shifts
