Croux uses a simple subscription + pay-per-shift model. No hidden fees — you only pay for work that's completed.
Monthly Subscription
$99/month per location
Your subscription includes:
- Platform access: Post unlimited shifts, manage your workforce
- Talent vetting: Background checks, verification, quality control
- Support: Text and email support whenever you need help
- My Croux: Build your own bench of favorite workers
The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled.
Shift Costs
Beyond the subscription, you pay for shifts that are actually completed.
How it works:
- You post a shift with an hourly rate
- When the shift is completed and the timesheet is approved, your payment method is automatically charged
- You're only charged for hours actually worked
No Hidden Fees
What you see is what you pay:
- If a shift doesn't get filled, you don't pay for it
- If talent no-shows, you're not charged
- If talent leaves early, you only pay for time worked
Managing Your Payment Method
Update your payment method on either the web dashboard or the mobile app.
Web dashboard: Sign in at app.croux.co, then go to Settings → Billing to view your plan, next billing date, and payment method.
Mobile app: Open the app and go to More → Payment Method.
