How to Use the Shift Report – Croux

See every shift your business ran, filter it by date, location, role, talent or status, and download it as a spreadsheet.

The Shift Report lives in the Croux web app. Sign in at app.croux.co on a computer or tablet browser to use it.

Open the Shift Report

In the left menu, choose Reports.

The report opens on the current month and lists completed work by default. Use All Locations at the top of the menu to switch between your locations.

Filter the report

Choose the filter button next to Search shift number. The Filter Reports panel opens.

Set a Start Date and End Date, and narrow by Positions, Locations or Hired Talent if you need to.
Under Status, pick what you want to see.

Status	What you see
Completed	Talent who worked the shift. This is what the report shows when no status is picked.
Hired	Talent hired on a shift who have not cancelled or been removed
Clocked In	Hired talent who have clocked in
Tardy	Hired talent who clocked in late
No-Show	Hired talent with no clock-in for a shift that has already started
Cancelled	Hired talent who cancelled or were taken off the shift

Choose Apply Filters. To start over, choose Reset Filters.

Looking for one shift? Type its code in Search shift number.

Download the report

Choose Download CSV to save the rows you are viewing as a spreadsheet. The file includes each shift's date and times, position, location, talent, clock-in and clock-out times, total hours, cancellation details, rate, card fees and shift cost.

Tip: Reconciling an invoice? The Shift Report includes card fees, so its totals match what you were charged by card.
