If we ever change Croux's pricing, you'll get 30 days' notice before the new rate takes effect. Here's how it works.
The Policy
Per our Terms of Use:
"Croux will provide 30 days' notice of any rate increase prior to it going into effect."
What This Means
- No surprise increases. We'll always notify you at least 30 days in advance of any change to your subscription rate.
- How we'll notify you: An email to the address on your Croux account.
- Your options: If you don't want to continue at the new rate, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
What Doesn't Count as a Rate Increase
The 30-day notice applies to changes in your subscription rate (the monthly platform fee). It doesn't apply to:
- Your hourly rates for talent — those are set per shift when you post
- Talent pay rates — those are what you offer per shift
- One-time charges like the Direct Hire Fee or Late Cancellation Fee — these are governed by their own policies
What to Do If You Receive a Rate Change Notice
- Review the new rate and effective date in the email
- Decide if you want to continue at the new rate
- If yes → no action needed; the new rate applies on the effective date
- If no → cancel your subscription before the effective date to avoid being billed at the new rate
