Cancellation by Plan
- Free: No subscription to cancel — you can simply stop posting shifts.
- Pro: Contact support to cancel your subscription. Cancellation terms apply per your service agreement.
- Custom / Enterprise: Reach out to your dedicated account manager to discuss changes to your plan.
You can cancel your Croux subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.
How to Cancel

Let us know you would like to cancel, and we will process it right away. You will receive confirmation once it is done.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
- You will keep access until your current billing period ends
- Any outstanding shift payments will still be processed normally
- Your account history and data remain available if you decide to return
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. However, if you have concerns about a recent charge, reach out to us and we will work with you.
Reactivating Later
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription anytime by posting a shift. Your account settings, shift history, and My Croux favorites will still be there.
