How the 24-hour window works:
- Talent clocks out
- You get a notification
- You have 24 hours* to approve, adjust, or mark no-show
- No action? The timesheet auto-approves
You'll get reminders:
- When a shift ends — notification to review
- 4 hours before auto-approval — reminder to take action
What if I miss the window?
The talent gets paid based on their submitted time. If there's a significant issue (like a no-show you missed), contact your Croux rep and we'll help sort it out.

Set aside a few minutes each day to review timesheets. Most take just a few seconds to approve.
*The standard approval window is 24 hours. Some businesses have pre-arranged extended windows with Croux.
