⏱️ How It Works
- Talent clocks in and out during their shift
- You review the times and make any adjustments
- You approve the timesheet to process payment
- If you take no action, timesheets auto-approve after 24 hours*
Important: You have 24 hours* after a shift ends to review timesheets. After that, they auto-approve and payment processes automatically.
Approving on Mobile
Step 1: Open the Shift
From your shifts list, tap the completed shift. You'll see total staff, hours worked, cost, and time remaining before auto-approval.
Step 2: Review Each Talent
Tap a talent's name to see their timesheet details:
- Clock in/out times
- Time Worked
- Rate and Talent Payout
- Extra Time (beyond scheduled shift)
Step 3: Adjust Times (If Needed)
Tap the pencil icon next to any time to edit it. Adjusted times appear in a different color.
Step 4: Approve
- Tap Approve Timesheet to confirm and process payment
- Or tap Report No-Show if the talent didn't show up
Bulk Approval on Mobile
- Tap Select Approvable at the top of the list
- This selects all timesheets with complete clock times
- Tap Approve Selected
Approving on Web
Click Timesheets in the left sidebar to see all shifts with pending approvals.
Click a shift to see all talent who worked. Each row shows name, rating, clock times, status, and payout.
Individual approval: Click the checkmark next to a talent's name.
Bulk approval: Check multiple boxes, then click Approve Selected or All Done.
Status Indicators
| Status | Meaning |

| Pending | Waiting for your review |
| Approved | Payment will process |
| Rejected | Timesheet was rejected |
| Missing Clock Times | Can't approve until times are entered |
📨️ Missing Clock Times
If talent forgot to clock in or out, you'll see a Missing Clock Times warning. These timesheets are blocked until you manually enter the times.
Note: Talent with missing clock times for more than 24 hours may be automatically flagged as no-shows. Enter times promptly.
Auto-Approval
If you don't review a timesheet within 24 hours*:
- The timesheet auto-approves based on recorded clock times
- Payment processes automatically
- You're charged for the hours recorded
Extended shifts: Up to 2 extra hours auto-approve. Beyond that requires manual review.
⭐ Rating Talent
When approving, you can rate the talent:
- Would you hire them again? (Yes / Maybe / No)
- Describe their work (Professional, Fast Learner, etc.)
- Private feedback (kept confidential)
Your ratings help Croux match you with great talent.
