Understanding Your Shifts Dashboard – Croux

Your shifts dashboard is command central — see all your shifts at a glance and take action.

Concierge lives in the Croux web app. Sign in at croux.co on a computer or tablet browser to use it. The mobile app does not include Concierge.

Dashboard overview

When you open the Croux app, your shifts are split across two tabs in the bottom bar:

Open Shifts — shifts with spots still to fill. Concierge is working on them
Filled Shifts — shifts where every spot is confirmed

Within either tab, Upcoming Shifts and Past Shifts sit across the top. Each shift is a card, and the pill in the card's top right shows how many of its spots are filled — 0/5 hired, 1/1 hired, and so on.

Shift statuses

Status	What it means
Open	Posted, with spots still to fill. Concierge is matching. Appears under Open Shifts
Filled	Every spot is confirmed. Moves to Filled Shifts
In Progress	Shift is currently happening
Completed	Shift ended, pending timesheet review
Cancelled	Shift was cancelled

Bartending is the exception. Concierge does not fill bartending shifts automatically — those shifts are selected rather than matched, by you or by us on your behalf. Your favorites, Do Not Hire list, ratings and experience minimum still shape who we reach for on a bar shift. See How Concierge Fills Your Shifts.

Viewing your shifts

Open Shifts is where you watch staffing happen. The hired count on each card tells you how far along it is, and a card also tells you whether anyone is waiting on you — Review 1 Applicant or No applicants to review.

Once every spot on a shift is confirmed, it moves to Filled Shifts.

Viewing past shifts

Review completed shifts to check timesheets, ratings, and shift history.

Quick actions from the dashboard

Tap a shift card — View details and see who is confirmed on the shift
Tap the + button — Create a new shift
Check the Open Shifts tab — Every shift there still has a spot to fill
Read the hired count — The pill on each card shows filled spots against total

Pro tips

Check your dashboard daily so you can see who is confirmed on the shifts coming up
Shifts with pending timesheets appear after completion — don't forget to approve!
Use the search or filter options to find specific shifts
Favorite the people you want back — favorites are the first place Concierge looks the next time you post
The hired count on each card lets you scan for shifts that need attention without opening them
