What is Auto-Fill? When you enable Auto-Fill, Croux automatically hires qualified talent who apply to your shifts. No manual review needed.

Auto-Fill is powered by Croux's predictive matching — our algorithm analyzes demand patterns, talent availability, and Trust Scores to line up the right people before you even need to think about it.

How it works:

1. You post a shift with Auto-Fill enabled
2. Qualified talent applies
3. Croux checks their Trust Score, experience, and availability
4. If they meet your criteria, they're automatically hired
5. Both you and the talent receive confirmation

To enable Auto-Fill:

1. When creating or editing a shift, look for the Auto-fill this shift toggle
2. Turn it on

When to use Auto-Fill:

Remember: Even with Auto-Fill enabled, you can still manage your shift roster — including editing the shift or removing talent if plans change.
