You can update your payment method directly in the Croux app — both web and mobile.
Web App
- Log in to app.croux.co
- Go to Settings
- Under Business Settings, click Billing (top right)
- Click Add Card
- Enter your card information
- Click the black Add Card button at the bottom to save
Mobile App
- Log in to the Croux app
- Tap More in the bottom navigation
- Under Business, tap Payment Method
- Tap Add Payment Method
- Tap Connect Payment Method — you'll be redirected to Stripe to securely enter your details
Once verified, you'll see a green Verified badge on your payment method.
Good to know:
- Croux accepts all major credit and debit cards
- Your card is charged after you approve timesheets (or when they auto-approve)
- ACH payments are available for some accounts — contact support to learn more
📨️ Having trouble?
If your card is declined or won't verify:
- Check that the card number, expiration, and CVV are correct
- Ensure the card has sufficient funds
- Contact your bank if the issue persists
