Your Profile Score is a number from 0 to 100 that shows how complete your Croux profile is. A higher score helps you get matched with more shifts and stand out to businesses.
How to See Your Score
Open the Croux app and go to More → My Profile. Your Profile Score and tier are displayed at the top, along with a list of items you can complete to improve it.
Score Tiers

| 80–100 | ⭐ Exceptional |
| 60–79 | ✅ Very Good |
| 40–59 | 👍 Good |
| 20–39 | 📋 Fair |
| 0–19 | 🔧 Needs Work |
When you first sign up, you start as Not Yet Rated until you begin completing your profile.
What Makes Up Your Score
Your score is built from nine profile items. Each one is worth a set number of points — complete more items to raise your score.

| 📞 TARA Onboarding Call | 30 | Complete your onboarding phone call with TARA |
| 🪪 Identity Verification | 20 | Verify your identity through Stripe |
| 📜 Certifications | 10 | Upload any certifications (like ServSafe) or confirm you don’t have any |
| 👔 Uniform | 10 | Upload a photo of your uniform for approval |
| 💼 Work Experience | 5 | Add your work history |
| 📅 Availability | 5 | Set your availability schedule |
| 🎯 Position Preferences | 5 | Select the types of jobs you’re interested in |
| 📈 Work Appetite | 5 | Set how many shifts per week you’d like to work |
| 🔒 Background Check | 10 | Consent to a background check |
Why Does My Score Matter?
Your Profile Score helps Croux match you with the right shifts. A higher score means:
- Better matching — You’ll rank higher when businesses are looking for talent
- More shift access — Some shifts require specific items to be completed before you can apply
- Faster first shift — A complete profile helps us get you working sooner
Quick Tips to Boost Your Score
- Complete the TARA call first — It’s worth 30 points, the single biggest boost to your score
- Verify your identity — Worth 20 points. Go to More → Payment Method to start
- Upload your uniform — Have your work uniform ready? Snap a photo and submit it for approval
- Take the guidelines quiz — Quick quiz about how Croux works. It is part of onboarding but does not add points to your score
You can complete all of these right from your Profile screen in the app — each item has a one-tap button to get started.
