The Year-End Stack is a Green Bay bonus. Every 25 Green Bay shifts you complete between Monday, September 21, 2026 and Thursday, December 31, 2026 earns you $250, on top of what you earned for every shift.
There is no cap. Hit 25 shifts and you earn $250. Hit 50 and you earn $500. There is no limit on how many times you can reach the milestone before December 31.
That is fewer than two shifts a week between now and New Year's.

Which shifts count
Any shift you complete in the Green Bay area during the window counts, including Fox Cities, Oshkosh and Kohler.
A shift counts once you have clocked in, clocked out and the shift is marked complete. Shifts outside the Green Bay area do not count toward this bonus.
What does not count
- No-shows. A shift you were hired for and did not work does not count.
- Late cancellations. Cancelling inside the notice window does not count.
- Shifts outside the window. Anything completed before September 21 or after December 31, 2026.
What forfeits the bonus
You lose the bonus entirely if any of these happen before it is paid:
- A business adds you to their Do Not Hire list
- You violate the Croux Talent Guidelines or Terms of Use
- Your account is permanently suspended
How and when you are paid
Each $250 is paid on the Tuesday following the week you hit the milestone, as a separate transfer through Stripe to the same payout account your shift pay goes to. You do not wait until the end of the year, and you do not need to ask for it. It does not arrive with any single shift's pay.
This bonus is income and is reported on your 1099. Bonuses paid through Stripe count the same way your shift earnings do.
Does it stack with other bonuses?
Yes. The Year-End Stack stacks with referral bonuses, so you can earn both in the same period. It also stacks with itself: each block of 25 shifts earns its own $250.
How do I check my progress?
Your completed shifts are in the Croux app under your shift history. If you want a count, reply to any Croux email or write to us and we will check it for you.
