Rating talent after a shift
After someone works one of your shifts, a rating and a line of feedback tell Croux who you want back and who is strong where. You can do it in two places: in Concierge on the Croux web app, or on the timesheet in the Croux app.
Rate the whole shift in Concierge
Concierge lives in the Croux web app at app.croux.co, so open it on a computer.
- After the shift ends, open Concierge.
- Tell it how the shift went, the way you would tell your manager. For example: “Maya was outstanding on the floor, I want her back every banquet. Luis and Priya were solid. Jordan was just okay, a bit lost on timing.”
Tell Concierge who worked the shift and how each person performed so it can prepare individual ratings for your review.
- Concierge sets a Good, Okay or Bad rating for each person, and adds anyone you want back to your favorites.
- Check the ratings and press Submit.
Review each person’s Good, Okay, or Bad selection before submitting. Submitted and the confirmation message show that this example’s reviews were sent.
Rate from the timesheet in the Croux app
Under Would you hire them again?, choose Yes, Maybe, or No, then add useful detail in Private feedback.
Open a past shift’s timesheet in the Croux app and tap a person to rate them:
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Would you hire them again? | Answer Yes, Maybe or No. It helps Croux match reliable talent to your shifts. |
| Private feedback | Write what went well or what didn’t. Your feedback is kept confidential, and a line of feedback says what a rating alone can’t. |
Ratings and Do Not Hire
A Bad or No rating is feedback, not a block. It does not add that person to your Do Not Hire list. If you never want someone back, add them to Do Not Hire from their profile. See Managing Who Works Your Shift.
Choose the scope of Do Not Hire
A whole-business Do Not Hire block excludes someone from all your shifts. A position restriction excludes them only from specified roles. Tell Concierge the talent’s name and the roles to exclude, then review the scope and final confirmation. A Bad rating does not itself create a Do Not Hire block.
