When a business hires you for a shift, you'll get a notification right away. And everything you've applied to, been selected for, or been hired for lives in one place: My Shifts.
📋 The hiring process
- You apply — Your application shows as "Applied"
- Business selects you — If they're interested, your status changes to "Selected." Tap Accept to lock in your spot.
- You get hired — Status changes to "Hired" and you get a notification
- You confirm — Starting 96 hours before the shift, confirm you're coming. See How Do I Confirm My Shift?
📊 See all your shifts in one place
Go to My Shifts in the app:
- Two-week calendar — Days with a dot have shift activity. Your estimated earnings for the month show at the top, and the "Next shift in" card counts down to your next commitment.
- Needs your action — This banner appears whenever a shift is waiting on you: a selection to accept or an upcoming shift to confirm. Tap Review to handle everything in one tap. Keeping this at zero protects your spot on shifts.
- Status filters — Tap All, Selected, Hired, Applied, or Past to see exactly where every shift stands. The number on each filter tells you how many are in that status.
- Clear action buttons — When a shift needs something from you, the button is right on the card.
🔎 What each status means
- Applied — You've applied and the business is reviewing. No action needed yet.
- Selected — The business shortlisted you. Tap the green Accept button to claim your spot. Being selected doesn't block you from applying to other shifts.
- Hired — You're booked. Confirm your availability when your confirmation window opens (96 hours before start).
- Past — Completed and previous shifts.
