The shifts you have applied to, been selected for, and been hired for live in My Shifts. Shifts you have already worked live somewhere else: Croux History. Here is where to find each one.
Finding your past shifts
- Open the Croux app and tap More.
- Tap Croux History.
That is where your completed and previous shifts live. Tap any shift to open its details.
Completed shifts do not appear in My Shifts. If you have been looking there and coming up empty, that is why — nothing is missing from your record, it is just kept somewhere else.
What the calendar dots do and do not tell you
The calendar at the top of My Shifts is a quick at-a-glance view, not a history tool. It opens on the current week. Tap Show month to see a whole month at once, and Show week to go back.
A dot on a day means that day has shift activity. The legend under the calendar tells you what kind: Applied, Action (something is waiting on you), or Confirmed. Tapping a day filters the list to that date, and a Clear filter button brings everything back.
What the dots do not tell you is whether you actually worked a shift. For that, check Croux History under More, not the calendar. The status label on a Croux History card is not a payment status. For whether you were paid, open your Stripe account, which is where your payment history lives.
What each status means
- Applied — You applied and the business is still reviewing. No action needed yet.
- Selected — The business shortlisted you. Tap the green Accept button to get hired. Selected is not the same as hired: until you tap Accept you are not on the schedule and you will not be able to clock in, even if you show up. Being selected does not block you from applying to other shifts.
- Hired — You are on the schedule, but you are not finished. The Confirm button turns on four days before the shift starts, and until then the shift card shows the date and time it will open. Once it is live, the card shows the exact deadline to confirm by, which falls two days before the shift. If you do not confirm by that deadline you are automatically removed from the shift.
- Confirmed — You told the business you are coming and the shift is locked in.

Tracking your earnings and work history
Croux History shows you which shifts you worked. For the money side, you have two options:
- Estimated earnings for the current month appear at the top of My Shifts.
- Your full payment history lives in your Stripe account, which is also where you pull paystubs and proof of income. See Paystubs and Proof of Income for Croux Talent and How to Access Your Stripe Account & Transfer Money.
Common questions
How far back does Croux History go? It covers your shift history on Croux. If a shift you worked is not showing up, contact support with the shift code and the date and we will look into it.
Where do I find the shift code? It is the 6-character code shown with your shift, for example ABCDEF. Include it any time you contact support about a specific shift, since it is the fastest way for us to find the right record.
A shift I applied to is gone from my list. That usually means the application was withdrawn or the shift was filled or canceled. See Why Did My Shift Disappear?
Can I get my shifts on my phone's calendar? Yes. See How Do I Sync My Shifts to My Calendar?
