Accessing Your Stripe Account
Your earnings from Croux shifts are processed through Stripe account. Here's how to access your account:
Option 1: Through the Croux App (Recommended)
- Open the Croux app
- Tap More at the bottom
- Tap Payment Method
- Tap Stripe Dashboard
Option 2: Direct Web Login
- Go to connect.stripe.com/express_login
- Enter the phone number or email associated with your Croux account
- Enter the verification code sent to you
- You're in!
Transferring Money to Your Bank
Once money is in your Stripe balance, you have three ways to get it to your bank:
Instant Payout
- Speed: Arrives in minutes
- Cost: 3% fee
- Requirements: Must have an eligible debit card linked
- How: Tap "Transfer" in your Stripe dashboard and select Instant

Standard Transfer
- Speed: 2–3 business days
- Cost: Free
- How: Tap "Transfer" and select Standard
Auto-Transfer (Set It and Forget It)
- What it does: Automatically sends your balance to your bank
- How to enable: In the Croux app, go to More → Payment Method → Toggle on Auto-Transfer
When Will My Money Appear?

Common Issues
I can't log in to Stripe
- Make sure you're using the same phone number as your Croux account
- Check that your carrier isn't blocking short code text messages
- Try the web login at connect.stripe.com/express_login
My card isn't eligible for Instant Payout
- Only debit cards work (not credit cards)
- Prepaid cards usually don't work
- Try a debit card from a major bank

My money isn't showing up
- Check if your shift has been approved by the business (in the app: My Shifts → Past Shifts)
- Most businesses approve within 24 hours, but some take up to 96 hours
- If approved but not in balance, contact support
