Payment Timeline

*Most businesses approve timesheets within 24 hours. Some have extended approval windows (up to 96 hours). Check your shift details in the app.
Check Your Payment Status
- Open the Croux app
- Go to My Shifts → Past Shifts
- Find the shift and check its status:
- Pending Review: Waiting for business to approve timesheet
- Approved: Payment processing to your balance
- Paid: Money is in your Croux balance (ready to transfer via Stripe account)
Common Issues
Payment Shows "Pending"
- The business hasn't approved your timesheet yet
- Most approve within 24 hours
- If it's been more than 48 hours, contact support
Money in Balance but Not in Bank
- Did you enable Auto-Transfer? Check in Payment Settings
- If using manual transfer, you need to tap "Transfer Funds" in your Stripe account dashboard
- Standard bank transfers take 2–3 business days

Transfer Failed
- Check that your bank account or card info is correct in Stripe
- Contact your bank to ensure they're not blocking the transfer
- Try updating your payment method in Stripe account

Pay Amount Looks Wrong
- Remember that Occupational Accident Insurance ($0.50/hr) is deducted from your pay
- Pay is calculated based on your clock-in and clock-out times, not the scheduled shift time
