💰 How can I dispute pay?
If something seems off with your pay after completing a shift, you can dispute it directly in the app.
📍 When to Dispute
After completing a shift, you'll see your payment details and a Dispute Pay option:
You have 7 days after a shift to submit a pay dispute.
📋 Step 1: Open Dispute Pay
Navigate to the More screen. Scroll down and tap Dispute Pay under Support.
📋 Step 2: Select the shift
Select the shift you would like to dispute.
📋 Step 3: Fill out the form
Provide as much detail as possible about the shift and what about the pay you're disputing. This helps support process your request quickly.

Our team will review your dispute and contact the business if needed. Most disputes are resolved within 1-2 business days.
