Let's figure it out.
Common Reasons Pay Looks Off
- Clock-in/out times ā Pay is calculated from when you clocked in to when you clocked out, not the scheduled shift time
- Early clock-in ā If you clocked in early, the timesheet may need manual review by the business (we'll get it sorted)
- Break time ā If you took an unpaid break, that time is deducted
- Occupational Accident Insurance (OAI) deduction ā $0.50/hr is deducted from your pay to cover your occupational accident insurance while on shift
How Your Pay Is Calculated
Your pay is based on the approved timesheet for each shift. The business reviews and approves your clock-in and clock-out times, and your pay is calculated from those approved hours minus any OAI deduction.
