Connect your bank account through Stripe to receive payments automatically after each shift.
Do I Need Stripe to Get Started?
No — Stripe is optional during signup. You can explore shifts, complete your profile, and apply for positions without setting up Stripe first.
However, some shifts require Stripe as a prerequisite. If a shift requires it, you'll see it listed on the shift card before you apply. You can complete Stripe setup with one tap right from the shift detail screen.
You will need Stripe connected before you can get paid for any shift, so we recommend setting it up early.
Setting Up Stripe
Here's how to connect your bank account:
- Go to the More tab
- Tap Payment Method under "Pay"
- Follow the Stripe prompts to verify your identity and connect a bank account
You can also complete Stripe setup directly from a shift card. If a shift lists Stripe as a prerequisite, tap the "Complete" button next to the requirement and follow the prompts — no need to leave the shift screen.
Updating Your Payment Info
To change your payment settings later:
- Go to the More tab
- Scroll down to Payment Method under "Pay"
- Update your bank account or debit card through Stripe
How Payments Work
With your payment set up, the process is automatic:
- Complete your shift and clock out
- Rate your experience
- The business confirms your time (within 24 hours)
- Payment runs automatically to your connected bank account
Clock out → 24 hours → paid. Consistent. Predictable.*
