Every shift you have applied to, been selected for, been hired for, or already worked lives in one place: My Shifts. Here is how to pull up your completed shifts and keep track of your work over time.
Finding your past shifts
- Open the Croux app and tap My Shifts.
- Find the status filters near the top of the screen: All, Selected, Hired, Applied, Past.
- Tap Past.
That gives you every completed and previous shift, with the business, the date, and the 6-character shift code on each card. The number on the Past filter tells you how many shifts are in it.
What the calendar dots do and do not tell you
The two-week calendar at the top of My Shifts is a quick at-a-glance view, not a history tool. A dot on a day means that day has shift activity of some kind. It does not tell you which kind.
A day you worked and a day you only applied to a shift both show a dot. If you are trying to see what you actually worked, the Past filter is the reliable answer, not the calendar.
What each status means
- Applied — You applied and the business is still reviewing. No action needed yet.
- Selected — The business shortlisted you. Tap the green Accept button to claim your spot. Being selected does not block you from applying to other shifts.
- Hired — You are booked. Your confirmation window opens 96 hours before the shift starts and closes at the 48-hour mark. You must confirm at least 48 hours before the shift or you will be automatically removed from it.
- Past — Completed and previous shifts.

Tracking your earnings and work history
The Past filter shows you which shifts you worked. For the money side, you have two options:
- Estimated earnings for the current month appear at the top of My Shifts.
- Your full payment history lives in your Stripe account, which is also where you pull paystubs and proof of income. See Paystubs and Proof of Income for Croux Talent and How to Access Your Stripe Account & Transfer Money.
Common questions
How far back does the Past filter go? It covers your shift history on Croux. If a shift you worked is not showing up, contact support with the shift code and the date and we will look into it.
Where do I find the shift code? It is the 6-character code shown with your shift, for example ABCDEF. Include it any time you contact support about a specific shift, since it is the fastest way for us to find the right record.
A shift I applied to is gone from my list. That usually means the application was withdrawn or the shift was filled or canceled. See Why Did My Shift Disappear?
Can I get my shifts on my phone's calendar? Yes. See How Do I Sync My Shifts to My Calendar?
