Your payment is held until you rate your shift. This is not optional feedback — it's a required step before your payment is released. Any delay in rating your shift will delay your payment.
After you complete a shift and clock out, you must rate the shift to initiate your payout. Rating your experience gives Croux valuable information about the businesses you work for and helps us maintain quality for everyone on the platform.
📝 How to rate
- Open the Croux app
- Go to your completed shifts (Shift History)
- Tap the shift you need to rate
- Give a thumbs up or thumbs down based on your experience
- Add any comments the business or Croux should know about
- Tap Submit & Get Paid
Payment typically processes shortly after you submit your rating.
⚠️ What if the rating screen doesn't appear?
If you don't see the rating screen after clocking out, try these steps:
- Close the app completely and reopen it
- Check your Shift History — tap the completed shift to bring up the rating screen
- If you still can't rate the shift, contact us so we can help resolve it and get your payment released
