To Favorite Talent
- Open a talent's profile (from a shift, timesheet, or search)
- Tap the heart icon or Favorite button
- They're now added to your Favorite Talent list
To View Your Favorites
- Tap More in the bottom navigation
- Under Business, tap Favorite Talent
- See all your favorited workers in one place
Manage Favorites with the AI Concierge
You can also manage your favorites through the Croux Concierge — our AI assistant. Just tell the Concierge who you'd like to add or remove from your favorites, and it handles the rest.
This is especially useful when you want to quickly favorite multiple workers after a great event or manage your list without navigating through profiles one by one.
