What Happens If Talent Is Late?
Pay starts when they clock in — you only pay for hours worked.
How Pay Works
Late arrival? You're only charged from the actual clock-in time.
Example: Shift starts 10 AM, talent clocks in 10:30 AM → you pay from 10:30.
We'll Give You a Heads Up
When talent tells us they're running late, we text you right away so you're not caught off guard.
Late Without Notice?
If talent shows up late without communicating:
- Email us at support@croux.co
- We'll note it on their profile
- You're only charged from actual clock-in
Repeated lateness affects their ability to get hired.
Need to Fix the Clock-In Time?
If talent arrived on time but clocked in late (technical issue):
- Open Timesheets in the app
- Find the shift
- Edit the clock-in time
- Save and approve
Already approved? Email us the correct time — we'll fix it.
