How Pay Works

Late arrival? You're only charged from the actual clock-in time.

Example: Shift starts 10 AM, talent clocks in 10:30 AM → you pay from 10:30.

We'll Give You a Heads Up

When talent tells us they're running late, we text you right away so you're not caught off guard.

Late Without Notice?

If talent shows up late without communicating:

• Email us at support@croux.co
• We'll note it on their profile
• You're only charged from actual clock-in

Repeated lateness affects their ability to get hired.

Need to Fix the Clock-In Time?

If talent arrived on time but clocked in late (technical issue):

1. Open Timesheets in the app
2. Find the shift
3. Edit the clock-in time
4. Save and approve

Already approved? Email us the correct time — we'll fix it.
