Concierge lives in the Croux web app. Sign in at croux.co on a computer or tablet browser to use it. The mobile app does not include Concierge.
What Are Private Notes?
Private Notes let you add personal observations about any talent who has worked a shift for you. Notes are visible only to your business — talent never sees them.
Use notes to capture the kind of knowledge that usually stays in someone's head:
- "Great on the grill, prefers back-of-house"
- "Always early, very reliable"
- "Needs extra direction on plating"
- "Has bartending TIPS cert"
How to Add a Note
- Open a talent's profile (from a shift, timesheet, or applicant list)
- Tap Add Note or the notes icon
- Type your note
- Tap Save
You can also add notes through the Croux Concierge — just tell the AI assistant what you'd like to note about someone.
Who Can See Notes?
- You and your team (including Captains with access to that location) can see notes
- Talent cannot see any notes written about them
- Other businesses cannot see your notes
When to Use Notes

| After a great shift | "Excellent server, handled VIP table well" |
| Specific skills | "Experienced bartender, knows craft cocktails" |
| Preferences | "Prefers morning shifts, lives nearby" |
| For your team | "Ask for by name at next event" |
Tips
- Be specific — "Good talent" is less useful than "fast, clean, great with guests"
- Update after shifts — Add notes while the experience is fresh
- Use with Favorites — Combine notes with favoriting to build a reliable roster with context
