The demo uses sample data so you can explore freely without affecting any real shifts or accounts.
How staffing works on a real account
On a live account you do not work through a list of applicants. When you post a shift, Concierge matches Croux who carry that position and confirms them onto the shift, often within seconds. You still remove anyone you do not want, favorite the people you want back, and set an experience minimum on skilled roles.
Bartending is the exception — Concierge does not fill bartending shifts automatically. Those shifts are selected rather than matched, by you or by us on your behalf.
