My Croux is your list of favorite talent — and it is the single strongest signal you can give Concierge about who you want on your shifts.
Concierge lives in the Croux web app. Sign in at croux.co on a computer or tablet browser to use it. The mobile app does not include Concierge.
Why it matters
When you post a shift, Concierge starts with the people you have favorited. Everyone you add to My Croux is someone Concierge will reach for first, before anyone new. Nothing else you can do moves the needle as much.
How to add someone to My Croux
- Open their profile — from a shift, a timesheet, or your Croux History
- Select the heart icon in the top right corner
- The heart turns red. They are now in your My Croux list
Where to find your list
Your favorites list is called My Croux on the web and Favorite Talent in the app. It is the same list either way. On the web, select My Croux in the left-hand menu. In the Croux app, tap More, then Favorite Talent under Business.
Everyone you have favorited appears in one place, with a search bar for finding someone quickly.
To take someone off the list
Select the heart icon again on their profile, or open your list and remove them from there.
Let Concierge manage the list for you
You can add and remove people by asking Concierge in the web app. Tell it who you would like to add or remove and it handles the rest — useful when you want to favorite several people at once after a good event, instead of opening profiles one by one.
If you have a long list to load, send it to us at support@croux.co however is easiest — a list, a spreadsheet, or an email in your own words — and we will load it for you.
Getting your Croux onto a specific shift
There is no separate step to invite your favorites to apply. Concierge reaches for your My Croux list first every time you post, matches the people who carry that position, and confirms them onto the shift.
If you want particular people on a particular shift, tell your account contact or ask Concierge, and we will put them on it. See Managing Who Works Your Shift.
