What Is My Croux and How Does It Work?

My Croux lets you save and organize your favorite talent for future shifts.

How to Add Talent to My Croux

1. View a talent's profile (from an applicant list or past shift)
2. Tap the heart icon in the top right corner
3. The heart turns red — they're now in your My Croux list

Accessing Your My Croux List Go to More → Favorite Talent to view all your favorited talent in one place.

Inviting My Croux to Shifts When posting a new shift:

1. Create your shift as usual
2. After posting, tap Invite My Croux
3. Select the talent you want to invite
4. They'll receive a notification to apply

Why Use My Croux?

• Faster hiring: Invite favorites directly instead of waiting for applicants
