❌ How can I cancel a shift?
If you're unable to make a shift, please cancel it in the app as soon as possible. Canceling is always better than a no-show. All no-shows will result in permanent suspension from the platform.
📝 How to cancel
From the shift details, tap "Cancel My Shift".
To confirm, you must provide a reason for cancelling.
Explain your reason and tap Confirm.
❌ Late Cancellations
Cancelling a shift within 24 hours of the start time is considered a late cancellation and will result in a suspension. Review the Croux Community Guidelines to ensure you're operating within them.
Cancellations affect your cancellation rate and Trust Score, which are visible to businesses.
