When Will I Get Paid?

You control your pay. Clock in and out on time, and you are paid automatically 24 hours after your shift's scheduled end time.

1. Open the Croux app
2. Tap on your completed shift
3. Look for Estimated payment to see exactly when funds will go to your Croux balance

Once the timesheet is approved, funds automatically go to your Croux balance.

📨️ What Can Delay Payment?

• Forgot to clock in? Payment may be delayed up to an additional 24 hours while the business reviews your time.
• Forgot to clock out? You will be paid for your scheduled shift time. The business can adjust if needed.

The fastest way to get paid on time: clock in when you arrive, clock out when you leave.

Extended Payment Windows Some businesses have longer payment windows than the standard 24 hours. You'll always know before you apply — look for the yellow badge on the shift details screen:

This badge tells you exactly how long after your shift ends before payment will process. If you see this badge, the business has a pre-approved extended approval window.
