Consider these alternatives first:
- Just need a break? You can simply stop applying for shifts—there's no activity requirement.
- Having issues? Contact our support team—we may be able to help resolve them.
- Want to update your info? You can edit your profile anytime in the app.
📍 How to Deactivate or Delete Your Account
To deactivate or delete your Croux account, contact our support team:
- Open the Croux app
- Tap More
- Scroll down and tap Support Center
- Submit a request to deactivate your account
Or email us directly at support@croux.co with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
⚠️ What Happens When You Deactivate
- Your profile will be removed from the platform
- You won't be able to apply for or work shifts
- Any pending payments will still be processed
- Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
🔄 Can I Reactivate Later?
If you change your mind, contact support. Depending on how long it's been and the reason for deactivation, we may be able to restore your account.
