What Is a Do Not Hire (DNH) Designation?
A Do Not Hire designation occurs when a business on the Croux platform indicates they do not wish to work with a specific talent in the future. This may result from performance concerns, conduct issues, policy violations, or other factors at the business's discretion.
How Do DNH Placements Affect My Account?
Croux monitors Do Not Hire patterns to maintain the quality and reliability of our talent network. Multiple DNH placements signal a pattern that may impact your ability to remain active on the platform.
Per our Community Guidelines:
"If placed on three or more Do Not Hire lists by Business Users, your account will be permanently removed."
What Happens If I Am Suspended?
If your account is permanently removed due to multiple DNH placements:
- You will no longer be able to access shifts or receive assignments
- You will not be eligible to return to the platform
- Any pending bonuses or incentives may be forfeited
Can I Appeal a Suspension?
If you believe your suspension was made in error, you may reply to the suspension notice you received. Our team will review your account history, including the specific DNH placements, and respond accordingly.
How Can I Avoid DNH Placements?
- Arrive on time and in proper uniform
- Communicate professionally with business staff
- Follow all workplace policies and instructions
- Complete your shifts as scheduled
- Treat coworkers, customers, and business property with respect
