Yes. The Croux Terms of Use include a binding arbitration agreement, and they also give you the right to opt out of it within 30 days of first accepting the Terms.
What the Terms say
Here is the opt-out provision, exactly as it appears in the Terms of Use:
"You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending an email to support@croux.co stating that you are opting out of the arbitration agreement and including your full name and the email address associated with your Croux account. Opting out of arbitration will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms or your ability to use the platform. Croux will not retaliate against you for exercising this right."
How to opt out
- Email support@croux.co within 30 days of first accepting the Terms
- State that you are opting out of the arbitration agreement
- Include your full name and the email address associated with your Croux account
What happens next
We will confirm we received your request and record it. Opting out does not change anything else about your account — whether you work shifts through Croux or post them, everything continues exactly as before.
Questions
We are not able to provide legal advice or interpret the Terms for you. For the full arbitration provision and the rest of the agreement, see the Terms of Use. If you have questions about the opt-out process itself, reach out to us at support@croux.co.
