You can delete your Croux account directly from the app.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the Croux app and log in to your account
- Tap More in the bottom navigation bar
- Tap My Profile under the Account section
- Scroll down and tap the red Delete Account button
- Confirm when prompted
Important Notes
- This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
- If you want to use Croux again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
- Make sure any pending payments have been processed before deleting your account.
