Running into problems with the Croux app? Here's how to fix the most common issues.
π± Quick Fixes to Try First

Force close and reopen the app
- iPhone: Swipe up from the bottom and swipe Croux away, then reopen
- Android: Tap recent apps and swipe Croux away, then reopen
- Check your internet connection β Try switching between WiFi and cellular
- Update the app β Open App Store or Play Store and check for updates
- Restart your phone β Turn it off completely, wait 30 seconds, turn back on
- Reinstall the app β Delete Croux, restart phone, download again, log back in
π± App Freezing or Crashing
If the app keeps crashing:
- Make sure your phone's operating system is up to date
- Try the reinstall steps above
- Check that you have enough storage space on your phone
π β° Can't Clock In or Out
- Make sure location services are enabled for the Croux app
- Check that you're at the correct location for your shift
