More tab overview
The More tab gives you access to your account features and settings. Tap the More icon in the bottom navigation bar to open this menu.
The menu is grouped into four sections: Account, Business, Support and About.
Account
The Account section contains Profile, Documents and Notification Settings.
| Menu item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Profile | View and edit your business profile, including your business name, logo, and contact details. |
| Documents | Access and manage the documents on your account. |
| Notification Settings | Control which alerts you receive: push notifications, emails, and SMS. |
Business
Scroll through Business to find Payment Method, Favorite Talent, NFC Tags, Manage Labels and Do Not Hire.
| Menu item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Payment Method | Manage the payment method we bill for your shifts. |
| Croux History | Everyone you have hired, with shift details, payment amounts, and the option to rate talent from past shifts. |
| Favorite Talent | Your favorites list. On the web the same list is called My Croux. See What Is My Croux and How Does It Work? |
| Refer Your Croux | Share your referral link to invite other businesses to Croux. |

Support
| Menu item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Support Center | Opens the Croux Help Center inside the app. |
About
Under About, use Logout to sign out. Switch to Talent changes to the talent side of the app.
| Menu item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Privacy Policy | How Croux handles your data. |
| Terms of Use | The terms that govern your use of Croux. |
| Terms History | Previous versions of the Terms of Use. |
| Logout | Sign out of the app. |
At the bottom of the menu, Switch to Talent moves you to the talent side of the app if your account has both.
Choose the scope of Do Not Hire
A whole-business Do Not Hire block excludes someone from all your shifts. A position restriction excludes them only from specified roles. Tell Concierge the talent’s name and the roles to exclude, then review the scope and final confirmation. A Bad rating does not itself create a Do Not Hire block. See Managing Who Works Your Shift for the steps.
