Need to update your phone number on Croux? Here’s how to do it.
Update Phone Number in the Croux App
- Open the Croux app and tap More
- Tap My Profile
- Tap on your phone number to edit
- Enter your new phone number
- Verify with the code sent to your new number
Update Phone Number in Stripe
Your Stripe account (used for payments) has a separate phone number that also needs updating:
- Visit Stripe’s phone number update page
- Follow the prompts to verify your identity
- Enter your new phone number
I’m Locked Out of My Account
If you no longer have access to your old phone number and can’t log in, contact our support team. We’ll verify your identity and update your number for you.
To speed things up, include the following in your request:
- Your full name
- The email address on your account
- Your new phone number
I’m Getting an “Already Exists” Error
If you see an error saying your phone number is already tied to another account, this usually means there’s an older or duplicate account using that number. Contact support and we’ll sort it out — we can locate the duplicate and free up your number.
Verification Code Not Arriving?
- Make sure you can receive SMS text messages at the new number
- Check that you entered the number correctly (no typos)
- Some carriers block short code messages — try waiting a few minutes and requesting a new code
- If it still won’t arrive, contact support and we’ll update it manually
