Having trouble logging into your Croux account? Here's how to fix common login issues and get back into your existing account.
Important: You only need one Croux account, ever. Your shifts, pay history, ratings, and trust score all live on it. If you're having trouble logging in, please recover your original account using the steps below instead of creating a new one. A second account can't see your history and may be flagged as a duplicate.
π Forgot Your Password?
- Open the Croux app and tap Log in
- Tap Forgot password?
- Enter the phone number or email associated with your account
- Check your phone or email for a verification code
- Enter the code and create a new password
π Not Receiving the Verification Code?
- Check your spam or junk folder if you're using email
- Make sure you're entering the correct phone number or email
- Wait a few minutes and try again
π Can't Remember the Email or Phone You Signed Up With?
No problem. You can look up your existing account by name and date of birth, no email or phone needed:
- On the Forgot password? screen, tap Find Your Account
- Enter your legal first name, last name, and date of birth
- Tap Search to locate your account
Once we find your account, you can reset your password and update your contact info using the steps below.
βοΈ Need to Update Your Email or Phone Number?
Once you're logged in, you can update your own contact info right in the app, no need to contact support:
- Tap More in the bottom-right corner
- Under Account, tap My Profile
- Update your Email or Phone Number
- Tap Update Profile to save
If you're completely locked out and can't get back in to make the change yourself, submit a request or email us with your full name, the email on your account, and your new phone number, and we'll help.
π€ Logging In on a New Device?
- Use the same email and password from your original account
- You'll receive a verification code to the phone number on file
- If your phone number has changed, see the sections above
π Account Locked or Suspended?
If your account has been suspended, you'll see a message when you try to log in. See Understanding Account Suspensions for more information.
β οΈ One Account Per Person
Croux allows only one account per person. If you create a second account, you'll see a Duplicate Account Detected message and you won't be able to access your shift, pay, or rating history. Always recover your original account using the steps above. For more, see Why Does It Say "Duplicate Account Detected"?
